How to Raise Your Organizational Intelligence Quotient

By Steve Pike, Founder of Urban Islands Project You’ve heard about I.Q.—Wikipedia says I.Q. is a total score derived from several standardized tests designed to assess human intelligence. The Barnabas Principle

At Church Multiplication Partners we are committed to coaching and mentoring leaders who are fully engaged in the harvest field. We specializes in coaching and equipping leaders in areas of spiritual formation and church multiplication from the local church; to regional networks and to national denominational leadership. Our vision is to serve those leaders who are serving church planters. We desire to emulate the ministry of Barnabas by becoming a sons of encouragement to the next generation of leaders. “Joseph a Levite from Cyprus, whom the Apostles called Barnabas (which means the Son of Encouragement).” Acts 4:36 As we tour the historical record on the life and ministry of Barnabas we discover the essential qualities of being a strong coach. He had a generous spirit – “Joseph a Levite from Cyprus, whom the Apostles called Barnabas (which means the Son of Encouragement), sold a field he owned and brought the money and put it at the apostles’ feet.” (Acts 4:36-37) […]
